16 Week Hockey Off Season Program

This program requires an adequate amount of training experience. It is for the hockey player that wants to take their game to a new level this off season. This plan gives you everything you could possibly need to have the best off season of your life and get noticed next season. The features of this program are:

  • Initial questionnaire to identify goals and maximize meal plans effectiveness.

  • Carefully planned off-season with 4 different 4 week phases. Each phase includes:  

    • 2 Mobility Workouts

    • 2 Conditioning Workouts

    • 1 Plyometrics/Speed Workout

    • 4 Weights Workouts with a different amount of reps/sets each week. This is to appropriately build intensity or deload. 

  • “Hockey Players Guide to Nutrition” E-book containing all of the information you need to know about fueling your body as a hockey player

  • PDF guides on how to properly foam roll and stretch for better on ice performance

  • Weekly weigh ins to track progress

  • Weekly check in’s through the in-app messaging service to monitor progress, provide educated insight and keep you motivated to achieve your goals. 

  • Constant availability to answer any questions through the in-app messenger service

Online Personal Training/Nutrition Coaching

This program is by application only. This program provides everything you need to train like a pro. You will get to work with me make necessary changes in all of the aspects of your life relevant to your sports performance. Including your training, nutrition, recovery and mindset. The features of this program are:

  • Initial fitness assessment and questionnaire to maximize programs effectiveness

  • Introductory video call to get to know each other, as well as discuss program and clients goals

  • Personalized workout plans to suit your resources, fitness level, experience and sport

  • Personalized nutrition plan outlining ideal macro and micronutrient intake, as well as optimal calorie intake

  • Bi-weekly phone calls as well as weekly check-ins to monitor progress, provide educated insight, and keep you motivated to achieve your goals

  • Continuous assessments as well as progress reports to demonstrate clients improvements

  • Constant availability to answer questions, provide advice, and give constructive feedback.

Online Personal Training

This program is by application only. This program provides everything provided in the online training/nutrition plan except for the custom meal plan. Instead of the meal plan this program offers nutritional guidance. This plan is for the athlete that has a pretty good idea of what they should be eating and doesn't need a full meal plan, but needs help executing on their nutrition a bit better. The features of this program are:

  • Initial fitness assessment and questionnaire to maximize programs effectiveness

  • Introductory video call to get to know each other, as well as discuss program and clients goals

  • Personalized workout plans to suit your resources, fitness level, experience and sport

  • Bi-weekly check-ins to monitor progress, provide educated insight, and keep you motivated to achieve your goals

  • Continuous assessments as well as progress report to demonstrate clients improvements

  • Constant availability to answer questions, provide advice, and give constructive feedback.

Online Nutrition Coaching

This program is for those that have a strength training program already, but really struggle eating the right things to see the results they want in the gym. This program focus' on a step by step approach to change your eating habits, so that eating better isn't something you have to think about, and comes automatically because of the habits built in this program. The features of this program are: 

  • Initial assessment to maximize programs effectiveness

  • Introductory video call to get to know each other, as well as discuss program and clients goals

  • Personalized nutrition plans to suit your resources, fitness level, experience

  • Bi-weekly check-ins to monitor progress, provide educated insight, and keep you motivated to achieve your goals

  • Continuous assessments as well as progress report to demonstrate clients improvements

  • Constant availability to answer questions, provide advice, and give constructive feedback.
